Government have to consider Permanency to all Npower 2016 Beneficiaries The Federal Government of Nigeria plan to establish the National Social Investment Program (NSIP) has been praised from time to time by the Nigerian People, and this National Social Investment Program also known as Nsip has not only yielded the set goals but has directly and indirectly cut short on unemployment in the country, thereby proving to be relatively effecting in impacting positively on the Number Challenges facing the youth in the country which Lack of Jobs.

Immediately after the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, came into being the ministry then took absolute charge of the NSIP scheme which has NPower as the major program backing it.
the 2016 batch of NPower beneficiaries has waited long enough plus the agreement they had with Federal government about npower 2016 permanency which was agreed in 2018 but due to the Nations political instability nature which contributed heavily in making sure the agreement failed to favor the federal government from disengaging them back then.
Why Federal Government should Consider Permanency for all npower beneficiaries both 2016 and 2017
It does not take away anything from the government, if they convert or recruit npower nteach volunteers to permanent Federal Government Teachers across the country, i doubt if there is ever going to be any bountiful exit package that can make up to the regular monthly npower stipends and salaries other than Npower permanency from the Government.

If federal government will listen and give npower Beneficiaries permanent job, it will go a long way in reducing crime caused by unemployment in the country, once the youths are engaged with a meaningful livelihood no body will be able to thinking of going to jail thereby the rate of crimes will be drastically reduced, and Poverty rate will be in it’s lowest point or percentage in the country.
The government should do something about giving Npower teach, npower agro, npower tech and npower tax permanency, or they should recruit them and put them to work with different ministries in the country.
