- Interested candidates should possess a good honors degree from a recognized University and should be a Principal Assistant Registrar plus at least 12 years’ experience in University Administration

- Candidates should possess HND or BSc degree in either Computer Science or Computer Engineering plus 12 years post-qualification experience, much of which should be in a University ICT management at the level of Chief Programmer / Chief System Analyst / Chief Webmaster with at least four (4) years on the grade
- Candidates must be members of relevant professional bodies
- A good knowledge of ICT is required and is seen as added advantage.

- Candidates should possess s good B. Sc / HND plus 6 years post-qualification experience or
- Masters in Computer Science or Computer Engineering plus 3 years post-qualification experience.
